Plan C Ltd. has developed a new module "Working time management" in the new version of the system for effective fleet management eTran Manager® 4.2.
The efficient fleet management system eTran Manager® has powerful tools for managing the human resource that is related to the activities related to the operation of the fleet - drivers, mechanics, suppliers, fitters, administration and management personnel.
The new module "Employee Working Time Management" is used to maintain and manage information about the actual time worked, absences from work and their reasons for persons - employees.
Information about the time worked by employees is stored in the central database in a structured form. For this purpose, the specialized Register of time worked by employees contains information on the individual time periods for each employee with the time worked, time on vacation, time on sick leave, self-dismissal, etc.
The Register Time worked by employees interacts with other registers and modules of the system:
- Register of persons-employees and held positions. Personal personal files of employees are maintained in this register. Information can be processed for all types of employees, in a company-owner, regardless of the position to which the employee is assigned.
- These files contain all the necessary data needed for personnel management. Personal data is stored in accordance with the European GDPR directive.
- Register of official holidays and working days.
- Register of work shifts. Supports pre-defined time periods for employees to work and rest. It is used to quickly create time records for an employee.
- Register of the road sheets, reporting the completed road courses of the drivers.
In the Register Time worked by employees, information about the presence or absence of employees and the reasons for the respective absence can be entered quickly and easily.
Import of information from various information systems for human resource management and TPZ to the information system eTran Manager® has been implemented.
In the Register Time worked by employees, the information about the time worked by drivers and drivers is filled in automatically, under the control of an operator, on the basis of the road sheets reporting the activities performed.
The fleet management system eTran Manager® 4.2 has a built-in powerful system for creating various reports. Each user can easily and quickly create their own reference templates: a standard table type or a pivot table with automatic creation of various types of graphs.
Various types of personnel reports are maintained, including the Report for analysis of time worked on the so-called Form 76.
The new "Working time management" module has been successfully implemented at a number of corporate clients of Plan C Ltd., using the system for effective fleet management eTran Manager®.
